ONC Air is operated by O&C GLOBAL SERVICES LLC. Our optional SMS program provides recurring service texts about appointment reminders, HVAC service updates, requested quote and invoice links, and customer support. This program does not include promotional or marketing messages.
The text messaging program is not yet active. If you opt in now, messages will begin only after the service is activated.
You can opt in by checking the optional service text messages checkbox on our contact form and submitting the form with your mobile phone number. The checkbox is not preselected. By opting in, you confirm that you are authorized to receive messages at the number you provide and agree to these SMS Terms.
Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or service. You may submit a service request and contact ONC Air by phone or email without agreeing to receive texts. Providing a phone number, selecting a contact preference, or using our website alone does not enroll you in the SMS program.
Message frequency varies based on your appointments, service activity, and support conversations. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to or received from ONC Air. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
Reply STOP to any ONC Air service text to opt out. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out, after which you will receive no further messages from this program unless you opt in again. You can also contact us using the support details below to request removal from the program.
Reply HELP to an ONC Air service text for assistance. You can also call 866-260-5663 or email support@oncair.com.
SMS is not an emergency service. For an urgent HVAC service request, please call us.
Message delivery depends on your wireless carrier and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Please notify ONC Air if your mobile number changes or you are no longer authorized to use it.

We may update these SMS Terms by publishing a revised version with a new Last Updated date. Changes to these terms do not enroll you in text messages or expand your consent to marketing messages. Our Terms of Service also apply to our website and HVAC services.
